Wiggly Watermelon Jello

ONE more 4th of July recipe to share. This one can be made anytime, its a perfect summer treat. AND it was another pinterest find. I LOVE that site! Heres what caught my eye in my pinterest feed-
 I read a little further and discovered that its JELLO! In a watermelon rind. How fun is that! And those "seeds"? They are mini chocolate chips. So I added it to the 4th of July menu.


A warning for you- this is sweeter than jello made the traditional way. You use less water, so it gets more firm than regular jello, otherwise it would fall right off the rind. The kids LOVED it!
